我們相信，一杯好茶，不只是好喝而已，裡面還有茶農的用心、土地的氣息，還有溫度。

所以我們花很多時間親自走訪茶山，跟茶農聊天，試喝、挑選，只為了找出那些真的值得被好好介紹的茶。

我們希望透過我們的專業，幫助這些努力做茶的人被更多人看見，也讓大家喝到有故事、有靈魂的茶。

不只在台灣，我們也想把這些好茶推廣到國外，讓更多西方國家的人了解：原來茶，不只是飲料，更是一種文化，也是一種生活態度。
